Make an Order

Step 1

Contact Eleanor at info@proelvisjumpsuits.com to discuss your costume needs and to find out whether we can fill your order within your timeline. Our FAQ page can perhaps help to answer some of your initial questions. We will inform you of the shipping costs and applicable taxes on your suit.

Step 2

Send first payment for half the total cost of your suit. We accept Paypal, email money transfers, and money orders made out to Pro Elvis Jumpsuits (our address is on the contact page). Sorry, no cheques or credit cards. We will email you a receipt as soon as we receive the payment.

Step 3

Have your local tailor or seamstress fill out our measurement sheet. Or set up an appointment for a free on-line measuring session via web cam. Please note: proper measurements are crucial to the look and fit of your suit. We cannot be responsible for defects that arise from poor measurements. Submit your measurement sheet on-line. Also, send us pictures of yourself - front, side, and back view – that show your proportions and physique.

Step 4

Wait for your personal fitting shell to arrive via Express post. It will take approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive both your measurement sheet and your first payment.

Step 5

When your fitting shell arrives, take it to your tailor or seamstress. We will send you an instruction sheet for how to pin your suit in your fitting. Alternately, you can do your fitting with us via web cam. Take pictures of yourself in your pinned-in suit. You can email the pictures or send them with your fitting shell

Step 6

Send the fitting shell, with alterations and hem pinned, back to us Express post. (Global Express for US customers)

Step 7

Send us the second half of your payment. We will email you a receipt.

Step 8

We will email you with the tracking number the day that we ship your finished costume. You can expect to receive it 3-9 business days.
